As all gaskets are of rubber and rubber can not with stand excessive friction metal is require to bond with rubber. In such application metals are open for different application and other part of the product has rubber moldings. Some of samples are shown in picture which can give an idea of same. Even in many cases the metal is bonded for giving strength to the product. This increases the life of product and so the life of machinery

Different from metal bonding in many applications metal is inserted in rubber. In case of metal bonding metal may be visible and in metal inserted metal is inside the gasket. This also increases the strength as well provides the leak proof solutions. Various metals can be inserted such as M.S., S.S. 304, S.S. 316 or as required. Many die are available for standard products that give economical solutions to our customers.
